Novel coronavirus,  is at the top of  your concern and also ours here at Addison Title Services. During this tough time, we understand and are dedicated to providing a clean environment that combats the spread of this horrible epidemic.   

The cleanliness of our offices is our top priority. Our office is always cleaned daily but in addition, we are constantly disinfecting high touch areas and controlling shared items such as pens, supplies etc.  Our staff has been trained on proper preventative methods to minimize the potential risk of infection.  Any staff member not feeling well, are required to stay home.

At this current time we are limiting in home closings to limit the exposure to our staff and our clients.  Our closing rooms at our office are routinely cleaned and disinfected and provide an environment limited to exposure.
